Whoever said fashion had to be expensive?

Ok so the reason I put this little outfit together was mainly because of how cheap I got it!!!!! My birthday was coming up and I took my fiance to the store so that he could get me something that I liked and he wouldn't have to spend a whole lot of money on.  The sweater was only $2.00 from Rue 21 and the boots which I LOVE (Jamie and I match) were only $10.00.  Whoever said fashion had to be expensive? 

I paired this outfit with my favorite strawberry necklace from AVON and some skinny jeans.  Don't mind the face I was sick that day and makeup and hair were not an option!
